This is a complete update of all forms I have received; all have been processed and/or replied to. If you have submitted any forms or sent any email and I have not yet responded to them, please feel free to re-submit.
Extension granted
The Kodansha Ltd. fanlisting has been given an extension due to hosting troubles of up to June 10, when the fanlisting must be back up, and/or appropriate forms have been submitted. Failure to do so will result in the fanlisting being placed under troubles again.
